30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
AirThunder
is proud to offer the highest-quality products. If you are not happy with our
batteries for any reason, simply follow the return procedure below and
we will issue a full refund (less shipping and handling).
Any alternation, abuse or damage of the battery will void the satisfaction guarantee policy.
90-Day Manufacturing Defect Warranty Policy
AirThunder
warrants to the original retail purchaser that our products are free
from defects when used in accordance with its printed instructions and
battery specifications for a period of 90 days in normal RC use from
the date of purchase.
- This
warranty does not extend to any of our products which have been
subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, crashed/damaged or use
in violation of operating instructions furnished by us.
- Any alteration or dissemble of the battery will void the warranty.
- Warranty
requests due to manufacturing defect must be made within 90 days of
purchase. A copy of a dated purchase receipt must be received along
with the pack. Label the pack before you ship. No Exceptions.
- Failure to follow AirThunder lithium polymer specifications and usage guidelines voids 90 day warranty.
- First 90 Days: 100% replacement on manufacturer's defects. Return shipping costs NOT included.
- The
warranty set forth above is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed
or implied of merchantability, fitness for purpose or otherwise. In no
event shall AirThunder be liable for incidental or consequential
damages or have any liability with respect to defects other than the
obligations set forth above.
50%-Off Crash Replacement Program
If you crash or damage your AirThunder batteries within 6 months of purchase, we offer 50% discount if you would like to replace your pack. Send us photos of the damaged pack as evidence, and we will send you
a new pack at 50% off MSRP plus shipping.
Return
Contact AirThunder at 312-212-3723 or email us at sales@airthunder.com to obtain a return merchandise
authorization (RMA) number before shipping our products back. Refund
will not be issued unless RMA is label on the packaging and a copy of
purchase receipt is received. Return must be postmarked within 14 days
of the issue of RMA number. All returns must have
tracking number or delivery confirmation. Air Thunder is not
responsible for missing package.
