The majority of orders are shipped within 1 business day, and we make every effort to ship all orders within 2 business days. In rare occasion however it may take up to 5 business day to process the shipment. Selecting a faster shipping method does not shorten the processing time. Thank you for your understanding.
AirThunder is not responsible for any delayed or lost packages due to courier's issue.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to orders over $99 by retail customers with a US domestic delivery address only. Method of shipment is selected at AirThunder's sole discretion.
Domestic Postal Service (USPS) Shipping
Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 business day with Express Mail and 2 to 5 business day with priority mail. First Class shipping is restricted for items less than 13 oz. Note that this is the time from the day of shipment, not from the day of ordering.

International Postal Service (USPS) Shipping
It is the customer's own responsibility to report any dutiable items. All inbound
packages are subject to inspection by local governments. AirThunder is not responsible for any tariff associated with the order.
Typical Global Priority shipment delivery time is between 6 to 10 days within North and South
America and 7 to 21 days elsewhere.
First class mail is available for item under 1 lb and will take 6 to 14 days but may take up to 2 to 3 weeks in rare circumstances. We will not declare
a package lost until after 6 weeks of no-show. Most packages arrive in
3-10 days.
Global Express Mail is typically delivered within 2 to 5 business day.
UPS SHIPPING
Estimated transit time is provided by UPS at the time of check-out. It does not include the shipment preparation time. Tracking is available with all UPS shipment. UPS charges brokerage fees to
international delivery plus duties from local government. AirThunder is
not responsible for these fees.
Insurance
Shipments are NOT insured unless specified otherwise. If you would like to insure your order, please notify us via email at sales@airthunder.com.
The cost of insurance is 5% of your total order including
shipping. AirThunder is not liable for any lost or damaged goods unless shipment is uninsured.
Special Shipping Requirements
If
you have any special requirements or means on how your package should
be shipped, please include a note while you order, or send an email to sales@airthunder.com. There may be additional charges for additional paper work or packaging work.
